Melting Pot is founded by Rachel Lin as a passion project in her COMLab class during her junior year at Boston University. She wanted to create a platform and channel where immigrant voices were represented in an all-inclusive but also individualistic way. She finds beauty and value in immigrant stories and wanted to showcase them just like art in a museum. Throughout her junior fall semester, she studied the immigration policies and narratives that shape the system in the U.S. today and searched for people who had unique experiences related to migration. Keep checking back for more stories or exhibits to be updated!
